Glenshire/Devonshire

Traveling 6 miles east of downtown Truckee toward Reno, Glenshire/Devonshire is a community of many full time residents. Its southern exposure makes it one of Tahoe’s banana belts. This is a plus for winter access with a very low amount of snowfall. Its close proximity to Reno also makes it ideal for those who work in Reno. With its own elementary school, preschool and fire station it is a self contained area with many services: a grocery store, video store and even a ballet studio. The neighborhood also offers a homeowners association with lots of amenities.
